1. Acceptance of terms

By signing in and using ProPost AI, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Description of the service

ProPost AI helps you draft, review, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts using AI assistance grounded in your role, tone, audience, and current research relevant to your field. It also helps you optimize your profile text, keep private notes and follow-up reminders about your professional contacts, draft outreach messages, and research organisations you're interested in.

Every draft is a suggestion — nothing is published to LinkedIn without your explicit approval (or, if you've opted out of manual approval, a schedule you set yourself). Outreach messages, connection notes, and follow-ups are only ever drafted for you: the app never sends messages, connection requests, or any other action on your behalf, and it never reads or collects other people's LinkedIn data. Publishing your own posts is the single action it performs for you, and only with the LinkedIn authorization you granted.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use ProPost AI. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Subscription plans & billing

We offer a Free plan with a 7-day trial, and paid Pro and Premium plans billed monthly or yearly, in USD or XAF. Yearly billing is discounted (equivalent to 2 months free) but is a one-time payment for a 365-day access window — not an automatically recurring charge. You'll get a reminder before that window ends, and generation is paused (without losing any existing content) until you renew or downgrade. You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time from Settings. Payments are processed by KoraPay and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. AI-generated content & your responsibility

Drafts, research angles, hashtags, images, and profile reviews are AI-assisted suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything before it's published or acted on, and for its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness. We don't guarantee the factual accuracy of AI-generated research or content.

6. LinkedIn platform compliance

If you connect your LinkedIn account, publishing happens through LinkedIn's own official APIs, and your use of that connection must comply with LinkedIn's own Terms of Service and User Agreement. Automated posting and scheduling tools carry an inherent platform risk — LinkedIn may, at its own discretion, restrict or take action against accounts it deems to be automating activity in violation of its policies. You use the LinkedIn integration at your own risk; we are not responsible for actions LinkedIn takes against your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ProPost AI to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, defamatory, spam, or intended to manipulate any platform's systems.

8. Intellectual property

You own the content you generate, edit, and publish through ProPost AI. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you. ProPost AI's software, design, and branding remain the property of Dinovix Ltd.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

ProPost AI is provided "as is." While we work to keep it reliable, we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will meet any particular standard.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dinovix Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any action taken by LinkedIn against your account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; material changes will be communicated in the app.
